I was just reading about the feeding of the 5,000 in Matthew 14. Jesus went to a solitary place to be alone after John the Baptist's death, but when people came, he ministered to them.
One way I can give is to minister even when I really just want to be myself.
We give:
Friendship
Time
Energy
Passion
Commitment
Loyalty
Trust
Faith
Belief
Money
Insight
Wisdom
Revelation
Encouragement
Compassion
Empathy
Mercy
Practical Support
Emotional Support
Prayer
Active Listening
Those are all the positive things we can give that I can come up with on the spot - the list goes on and on though! The more you focus on Christ the more you naturally want to share what you learn, what you begin to experience. If nothing else you give your revelations and confusion and amazement to those around you and gradually your whole way of being changes as the process of becoming Christlike gathers momentum. It's 'delicious'
