- The thought here is that while leading requires 'leadership' skills... as spiritual leaders we should also rely on the Holy Spirit's input.

I'd be interested to hear your experiences with friends deserting their faith. I have seen that happen in my own friends, and especially seem to meeting a lot of people with a lost faith recently. It would be interesting to hear how you dealt with it, kept your faith strong, and what impact you were/are able to have in those peoples lives...
