Today was my first day of leave... delicious. I had a 3 hour nap in the middle of the day. I think I shall have quite a few of these along the way as I seek to recharge.

Looks like a covert stealth like fly on the wall had its beady eyes out at the movie set “Never Back Down” to get that Capoeira fight clip. I am always amazed at what the human body is capable of in twisting flips and dynamic movements, produced by at brain flooded with pulsating visual-spatial information. Love watching things with hang time. You’ve got to get up to get down.
